committing to a task and learning to accept failure: this week I finally have some new tasks to start chipping away at, and once again, these have been difficult to commit to since gigs are starting to come back, and the semester is also coming to an end, all at the same time! But plants don't stop growing, so I am doing my best to continue committing to the task of successfully growing these plants! So here are the new tasks:

- decide and learn how to properly water my garden. I've invested in a watering system, but I am concerned that I don't actually need to use it as it may end up over watering my vegetables and killing them. So I have a lot of research to do

- I also need to learn how to properly thin my vegetables that I've grown from seed in my raised bed. This is something that makes me a bit nervous, as essentially I have to choose the strongest seedlings and sacrifice the rest by pulling them out. So lots to learn there to hopefully boost my confidence and help me work on learning to accept the potential failure of sacrificing the wrong seedlings

Below are a few photos of the updates in growth of my raised bed seedlings! I committed to the task of researching when to plant these seedlings, and because they love the cooler weather, so far they are really thriving, which has been awesome! Below are photos of my baby gem lettuce, spinach, salad mix, arugula, and the only two northern lettuces to survive the squirrels!
